The new build house warranty product
We supply a 10 year structural warranty that has a recognised Consumer Code. It also has wide lender acceptance and is backed by a class leading A rated insurance provider that gives your final customer the long term security they are looking for when buying the home from you. The cover is generous and has been designed to deliver the cover required by your customer, to satisfy their lender.
We recognise that development projects are becoming less straight forward and subject to continuing challenges – not just in technical terms. You need to be able identify costs early but the warranty provider also has to appreciate that the project may alter prior to instruction. Becoming Consumer Code registered
We will give you as much assistance as required to comply with the Consumer Code, which is becoming increasingly important to consumers and indeed their lenders. We can provide you with ‘TSI Assured’ reservation agreements for your customers as well as the training required to meet the requirements of the Consumer Code

Our technical audit or building control service will inspect regularly and the results of the inspections will be reported to you during the build phase. We aim to keep you completely informed as to what needs to be inspected next and importantly what remains outstanding (if applicable). This helps us ensure that as you approach that all important completion, nothing gets in the way. We are on hand to help during this period in all circumstances.
We work hard to ensure each completion is a smooth as possible by providing you with the final certification quickly.
Once you’ve finished the project and carried out the handover we are on hand for the next 10 years to provide a high level of customer service to the end user. We will bench mark your registration and therefore the cost of your next project based on the historical experience of your previous development projects.
