Laing O’Rourke JV awarded $125m over Canada problem job

By jack.simpson@emap.com (Jack Simpson) A legal dispute over Laing O’Rourke’s CAD$2.1bn problem hospital job in Canada has been settled with the client handing over CAD$125m to cover the cost of delays to the scheme, it has emerged.
