The insurance products we deliver are construction and engineering-focused. Above all, this dictates that they are provided in a way that involves consistent risk management through site-based inspections, which makes the job really interesting and unique. Secondly, Edenbridge has good transport links and is served by two train stations. In other words, it means getting to the office is really easy.
What we do is a little different. So, while it’s an insurance product, each new enquiry requires a degree of technical understanding of the type of construction project being insured. Account Handler

As a Customer Services Handler you will be an integral part of the Customer Service Team, delivering high-quality service to clients, brokers, internal colleagues, and other industry professionals seeking to progress the structural warranty process efficiently from instruction through the construction period to completion and beyond. Account Handler New Business

As an Account Handler you will be responsible for incoming wholesale and retail enquiries ranging from SME residential development projects through to major commercial projects. Working as part of a team and reporting to the Senior Account Handler you will be scrutinising applications and assessing risks to underwrite and provide quotes under a delegated underwriting authority. The role requires good communication and negotiation skills and an excellent attention to detail. You will actively help the team pursue incoming opportunities to grow the book of business and to achieve its targets and objectives.
