The site is located on the fringe of Manchester city centre, within the Borough of Trafford, on the River Irwell waterside. It is situated within the wider Manchester conurbation which has seen high levels of regeneration over the last 25 years and is considered to be the largest and most important commercial centre in England, outside of London. The twin tower building had a development value of £73m and delivers 354 fantastic apartments and was completed in May 2021.
