One of the more unusual projects we are working with currently, this 1,306 space car park is the first stage in Blackpool’s £300million ambitious regeneration programme. It is being developed by Nikal and expertly delivered by Needham Ballast. The Blackpool Central project will be the largest single investment in Blackpool for over a century, creating up to 1,000 new jobs and bringing an estimated 600,000 additional visitors each year, boosting annual spend in the town by £75m.
