Since October 2021, the FCA has required all manufacturers and co-manufacturers of general insurance products (excluding those classed as ‘large risks’) to complete an annual PROD assessment. In line with this, Protek has updated its processes to meet the product governance requirements — with a strong focus on delivering fair value to our customers.
