HSBC Bank plc add Protek Warranty as acceptable for lending purposes

HSBC Bank Plc have added Protek Warranty at 6.7.1. of their CML Lenders Handbook entry confirming that   Protek are acceptable for their lending purposes.  Simon Middleton, who heads up Protek said today “The Consumer Code For New Homes has been an important step in gaining lender approval in this instance and we very much welcome the change in the CML handbook today”
