New Business Account HandlerProtek Group Limited Salary: Up to £30,000 Edenbridge Permanent Our account handlers look after wholesale and retail based enquires from both new and existing clients of multi unit development operations. In addition, the role includes underwriting and processing of applications, dealing with customer enquires over the telephone, analysing and underwriting risks, producing quotations and policy documentation, registration renewal processing and reporting. Importantly, the role involves progression.

Account Handler Assistant (Trainee)Protek Group Limited Salary: Up to £18,000 – £19,926 Edenbridge Permanent As an Account Handler Assistant (Trainee) you will learn how to support the new business team. For example, assisting with direct and wholesale business enquires from consumers and providing support. In addition, it includes the processing of applications, dealing with customer enquires over the telephone and producing system based quotations and policy documentation.
